'Butterfly'
Melody enjoys hunting for beautiful second-hand fabrics
to use within the lamp shades.
She subsequently has an abundance of material.
In response to this, she has started to make ‘up-cycled’ bunting,
finished off with satin ribbon to match her lampshade designs.

Melody studied textiles at university
and since leaving
she has been producing
hand-made lamps
and hand-cut wedding stationery.
She believes passionately
in making her lamps
both functional and unique,
and her designs are influenced
by the the Cornish landscape
and the playful imagination
of her two young children.
